The weight is the one I need, it's not slipping from my hand as the stainless steel uses to do too often (and too much dangerous for my old tri-cone).
And was surprise by my first contact with it: It is warm even in a cold environment (not at my home)"

Hab ne National Delphi und ne Hound Dog Dobro und es klingt auf beiden Kesseln absolut der Hammer. Das Sustain ist Einzigartig !!!
Schade , habe ich für meine neue Platte schon einiges an Slide eingespielt habe, den mit deinem Slide ergeben sich ganz neue Dimensionen des Sustains wegen. Aber ich glaub das gibt mir nochmals einen Boost das Slidespiel weiter zu verfolgen und zu verfeinern. es macht richtig Spass. Vielen dank nochmals auch an deinen Dad. super Idee. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen der Slide spielt. Hab sicher 8 verschiedene Slides und schon 30 andere ausprobiert, aber keines passte richtig. Plus, wie du ja auch schon erwähntest, son Industrieglas Slide ist eine ganz andere Kiste, da kann der Hersteller noch so schreiben, wie toll die Dinger klingen...."

Echt ein Hammer Teil!
War am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig durch das Gewicht, aber nach 2 Stunden spielen, läuft das Slide jetzt wie von alleine! Und die Tonentwiklung ist gigantisch!!!
Auch das Kantenprofil (abgerundet/+45Grad) passt perfekt. Der Winkel eignet sich gut für das Solieren! Besitze 14 Slides, Glas , Keramik, Stahl, Messing u.s.w., aber Dein von dir handgefertigter Slide wurde sofort zu meinem Favoriten!
